At the risk of sounding corny, welcome to my blog. A random idea at best, I decided to try today's new electronic version of a journal. I would like to say I'm an avid writer and that i use a journal all the time - but the truth is I don't. A journal is my therapist, my confidant and my private way to explore much of the confusion that life creates, but more often than not, I only use my journal when I am angry, upset, overwhelmed or any number of chaotic emotions, but I rarely sit down and share when things are going well. This is a habit I am hoping to break. Perhaps a blog will encourage me to celebrate more and focus on the incredible and amazing journey that is my life.
